  • Spearheaded efforts to combat illicit drug use through comprehensive treatment strategies and patient-centered care. 

  • Collaborate with judges within the court system to implement evidence-based treatment approaches, aiding individuals in overcoming illicit drug dependencies, including heroin and opioids. 

 

  Rehab and Wound Care, Evergreen Rehabilitation Center 4/2011 - 4/2020 

  • Held the position of Medical Director for Wound Care and Rehabilitation at a prominent nursing facility, spearheading comprehensive care programs to enhance wound healing.     

  • Led a multidisciplinary team to facilitate patient recovery through the integration of physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing interventions to optimize treatment plans, achieve favorable outcomes, and discharge home.  

  • I served as the Medical Director at Evergreen Rehabilitation Center in Carson City, Nevada, where I managed all aspects of the rehabilitation process, from admission to discharge. My responsibilities included the coordination of comprehensive care plans for our patients. 

Medical Director Carson Tahoe Hospital Wound Care           7/2005 - 4/2011 

  • As the Medical Director at Carson Tahoe Woundcare, I was responsible for overseeing and coordinating wound care treatment plans, which included grafts, debridement, and the operation of hyperbaric oxygen chambers. My role encompassed ensuring optimal care for wound healing.
